EXAM
The entrance exam consists of 200 test questions (100 in biology and 100 in chemistry). The questions correspond to the level of knowledge of the baccalaureate exam. Only questions from the question pool that you can purchase from us appear on the exam. Thus, candidates are able to prepare for the exam and write it without any problems at a level of 90%-100%. There are 1200 questions in the question pool (600 in biology and 600 in chemistry).
The time to solve the test is 2.5 hours.
The point limit to be reached for admission is 600/800 points. However, please note that the limit may be lowered after the last entrance exam (or even after the exam in Kraków, which was the case last year).
Admission requirements (for candidates): passing the matriculation exam in compulsory subjects.

The transfer title MUST include the correct email address to which the biology and chemistry question sets will be sent.
Please do not add any other content in the title of the transfer other than that indicated above. If you provide an incorrect email address, I will not be able to deliver the questions to you.
The set of questions will be sent to the email address indicated up to 2 days after the payment is credited.
You can only take the exam once per year (per course). Therefore, if you want to write the entrance exam twice, you have to apply once for medicine and the second time for dentistry and choose two different exam dates. This also applies to the documents that I have to receive in two versions.
The fee for taking the medical entrance exam is €30.
The university will send the student/student an email inviting him/her to the entrance exam (approximately 2 weeks before the selected date).

In 2024, the entrance examinations will be held on four dates:
1. 19 June 2024 in Košice (enrolment by 5 June),
2. 27 July 2024 in Krakow (enrolment by 15 July),
3. 14 August 2024 in Košice (enrolment by 31 July),
4. 31 August 2024 in Warsaw (enrolment by 19 August).

DOCUMENTS
Prior to the entrance exam:
1) Signed AIS application – the completion of this application is done electronically. Finally, this application must be printed out and signed. The platform through which you can complete the application can be found HERE
The procedure is not very pleasant – or easy – to go through. If you will have_ a problem with the AIS (or do not want to do it yourself) call or write to us. We will help!
2) A signed application for the date and location of the exam – downloadable HERE
3) Medical confirmation of your mental and physical condition to allow you to study medicine as well as work in your profession after graduation. The date of issue of the certificate must not be older than 3 months from the date of submission of the documents. Model certificate to be downloaded HERE
4) Photocopy of your passport or identity card
5) Confirmation of your examination fee (payment details are below),
6) A piece of paper with your name, email address, exam date and telephone number.
Upon successful completion of the examination:
1) High school diploma and matriculation certificate // (original or notarized copies made in Slovakia + sworn translation into Slovak made in Slovakia)
2) Birth certificate // (original or notarised copy made in Slovakia + certified translation into Slovak made in Slovakia)
3) Passport size photograph
Documents must be delivered;
1) by 05.06.2024 if you wish to write the exam in the June term.
2) by 27.07.2024 if you wish to write the exam in the July term in Kraków.
3) until 31.07.2024 if it would be the August term in Košice
4) by 19.08.2024 if the August term in Warsaw.
There may be a chance to deliver the documents later, but this may involve additional costs (please contact me personally and as soon as possible for this!).

For candidates from India: the address of our intermediary will be forwarded to you once all your documents have been completed. The documents of all exam candidates are sent collectively to Poland by our intermediary.
